Service Costs
We operate on a dry rate basis. Within the Emalahleni area, the hourly rate is R565.00. The hourly rate increases by R20.00 when work or contracts reach out of the Emalaheleni area.
Maintenance Team
Our Service and Maintenance Teams are equipped with comprehensive tools and equipment to maintain and service our fleet effectively, ensuring optimal performance and minimising downtime. We have two dedicated mechanic teams that respond promptly to any breakdown or maintenance requirement. Regular inspections are conducted daily on the front-end loader, with routine servicing performed every 250 hours.
Additional Charges
For projects located beyond a 50 km radius, an additional R20 per hour will be applied, with further increases based on the distance of the work or contract location.
Insurance Requirements
1. Quotations: All quotations provided by Camel Rock Plant are valid for a specified period, as stated in the quotation. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any quotation before acceptance. 2. Rental Agreement: A formal rental agreement will be provided for each hire. This agreement will specify the Equipment, Rental Period, rental fees, insurance, and other relevant terms. 3. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for: Providing accurate information regarding the Site and intended use of the Equipment. Ensuring the Site is suitable for the Equipment and complies with all relevant safety regulations. Operating the Equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws and regulations. Providing qualified and competent operators for the Equipment. Maintaining the Equipment in good working order during the Rental Period, unless otherwise agreed. Returning the Equipment in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear excepted. Being liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Equipment during the Rental Period, regardless of the cause, unless covered by insurance arranged by Camel Rock Plant and specifically included in the rental agreement. 4. Camel Rock Plant Responsibilities: Camel Rock Plant is responsible for: Providing Equipment that is in good working order at the commencement of the Rental Period. Ensuring the Equipment meets all relevant safety standards. Providing reasonable support and assistance to the Client. 5. Insurance: The Client may be required to provide proof of adequate insurance coverage for the Equipment during the Rental Period. Details will be specified in the rental agreement. Camel Rock Plant may offer insurance options, which will be detailed in the rental agreement. 6. Delivery and Collection: Delivery and collection of the Equipment will be arranged as per the rental agreement. The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the Site for delivery and collection. 7. Termination: Camel Rock Plant reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the Client breaches any of these Terms or the rental agreement.
Equipment Care
We take care of our equipment; we have a maintenance team that inspects the front-end loaders every day. They also service the equipment every 250 hours, and after a service, the front-end loaders get a proper wash.
Safety Regulations
Each of our Front-end Loaders is mine-spec ready and is equipped with: - Engine Safe Stop monitoring - Loadrite – Loader Scale (Weight) (Recalibrated every 3 months) - Self-Lubrication Systems - 6.5 Cube Coal buckets - 2-way Radios - Fire extinguishers. - Windscreen Guard -Reverse Hooter and Camera - High beam headlights - Strobe light - Vehicle Tracking—Ctrack.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Camel Rock Plant: Camel Rock Plant understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, such as documented medical emergencies or natural disasters, Camel Rock Plant may, at its sole discretion, waive or reduce cancellation fees. Supporting documentation will be required. 2. Customer Compensation: Unavailability of equipment due to breakdown or unforeseen maintenance requirements. Adverse weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate the equipment. Failure by the customer to meet the agreed-upon payment terms. Any other event that renders the performance of the contract impossible or illegal.
