1. Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Camel Rock Plant website (the "Website") and the services offered by Camel Rock Plant ("we," "us," "our," or "Camel Rock Plant").   • "Rental Period": The agreed-upon duration for which the Equipment is hired.

  • "Site": The location where the Equipment is to be used.

3. Services Offered

Camel Rock Plant provides earthmoving and plant hire services, including the rental of various types of machinery and equipment. The specific Equipment available, rental rates, and terms will be detailed in individual rental agreements.

4. Rental Agreements

  • 4.1. Quotations: All quotations provided by Camel Rock Plant are valid for a specified period, as stated in the quotation. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any quotation before acceptance.

  • 4.2. Rental Agreement: A formal rental agreement will be provided for each hire. This agreement will specify the Equipment, Rental Period, rental fees, insurance, and other relevant terms.

  • 4.3. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for:

    • Providing accurate information regarding the Site and intended use of the Equipment.

    • Ensuring the Site is suitable for the Equipment and complies with all relevant safety regulations.

    • Operating the Equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws and regulations.

    • Providing qualified and competent operators for the Equipment.

    • Maintaining the Equipment in good working order during the Rental Period, unless otherwise agreed.

    • Returning the Equipment in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear excepted.

    • Being liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Equipment during the Rental Period, regardless of the cause, unless covered by insurance arranged by Camel Rock Plant and specifically included in the rental agreement.

  • 4.4. Camel Rock Plant Responsibilities: Camel Rock Plant is responsible for:

    • Providing Equipment that is in good working order at the commencement of the Rental Period.

    • Ensuring the Equipment meets all relevant safety standards.

    • Providing reasonable support and assistance to the Client.

  • 4.5. Insurance: The Client may be required to provide proof of adequate insurance coverage for the Equipment during the Rental Period. Details will be specified in the rental agreement. Camel Rock Plant may offer insurance options, which will be detailed in the rental agreement.

  • 4.6. Delivery and Collection: Delivery and collection of the Equipment will be arranged as per the rental agreement. The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the Site for delivery and collection.

  • 4.7. Termination: Camel Rock Plant reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the Client breaches any of these Terms or the rental agreement.

5. Payment Terms

  • 5.1. Payment: Payment terms, including rental fees, deposits, and payment methods, will be specified in the rental agreement.

  • 5.2. Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the rental agreement.

  • 5.3. VAT: All prices are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added to the final invoice.

6. Website Use

  • 6.1. Intellectual Property: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Camel Rock Plant or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • 6.2. Permitted Use: You may access and use the Website for your personal or business use related to the services offered by Camel Rock Plant. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Website without our prior written consent.
